1. Services Provided

Towing LCH provides 24/7 emergency flatbed towing, roadside assistance (jumpstarts, tire changes, lockouts, minor repairs), accident recovery, junk car buying, container transport, forklift and heavy machinery hauling, and related services in Davenport, FL and surrounding Central Florida areas. Service availability, response times, and pricing are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, weather, and equipment availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All quotes are provided upfront before dispatch. Final charges may adjust if job conditions differ from those described at the time of quoting (e.g., additional mileage, winching, or off-road recovery).
• We accept cash and Zelle as payment methods.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior billing arrangements have been made with your insurance company or motor club.
• Itemized digital receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement purposes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate location, vehicle, and contact information so we can dispatch the appropriate equipment.
• You must have legal authority to authorize towing of the vehicle. Proof of ownership or authorization may be required.
• You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before towing, unless prior arrangements are made.
• For lockout assistance, you must verify ownership of the vehicle before we unlock it.

4. Vehicle Care & Liability

Towing LCH takes every precaution to transport your vehicle safely using flatbed rollback trucks and soft-strap tie-downs. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage to vehicles that cannot be safely loaded due to their condition (e.g., severely damaged suspension, missing wheels, or locked steering). Any claim for transport-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

5. Storage & Impound

Vehicles stored at our secure yard are subject to daily storage fees. Vehicles not claimed within the period required by Florida law may be processed in accordance with Florida Statutes governing abandoned and unclaimed vehicles.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before the truck arrives at no charge. If the truck has already arrived at your location, a trip or dispatch fee may apply. Cancellations must be made by calling our dispatch line directly.

7. Website Use

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
